Terms of use and disclaimer

1. Informational only

Everything shown on ARUT Live (prices, charts, news, factor balances, trades, the author's opinions) is for information and education only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and not an offer to buy or sell any asset. The factor balance describes current data, not the probability of a price move.

2. High risk

Trading crypto, forex and CFDs carries a high risk and you can lose all of your capital. CFDs are complex instruments: most retail accounts lose money on them. Past results do not guarantee future ones.

3. No control over funds

The site and Arut are not an exchange, broker, payment or asset-management company. They do not accept, hold or control users' money. Each platform (including WEEX, Bybit, OKX, BingX, KuCoin, Vantage, FxPro, KopiBank) is solely responsible for its clients' funds under its own terms.

4. Affiliate links and ads

Some links are affiliate links and the author may receive a commission. This is advertising, not a recommendation. KopiBank is the author's own project; KopiBank is a marketing brand, not a bank or licensed financial institution: cards and payments are provided by partner issuers under their own terms. We do not learn whether you signed up with a partner and receive none of your data from them.

5. Third-party data

Data comes from third-party sources (exchanges, data providers, government agencies, media) and may contain delays and errors. Stock, index and commodity quotes may be delayed. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. When data is missing we say "No data" and invent nothing.

6. Disclaimer of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and the author are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, lost profit or loss of funds arising from use of the site, links and third-party platforms. You make all decisions yourself.

7. Age and local law

Trading sections and partner links are for people 18+ only. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country: in some jurisdictions (for example the US for several platforms) these products are unavailable. In that case do not use the platforms behind the links.

Data and cookies

What is stored in your browser

Browser storage (localStorage) keeps only your settings: language, depth, saved assets, alerts, viewing history, poll answer and consent. This data is not sent to a server.

Email for the brief

If you subscribe to the brief we store your email, language, the section you subscribed from and the referral source (utm tags) in our Cloudflare database and a Notion workspace table. We use it only for ARUT emails. Unsubscribe via the link in every email or a request on Telegram @arutnews.

Statistics

We count anonymous events (section views, saved assets, partner link clicks) without name or email to understand what is useful. Advertising and analytics pixels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Yandex) load only when enabled, and for EU visitors only after consent.

Technical data

Hosting (Cloudflare) and fonts (Google Fonts) receive technical request data such as your IP address, like any web server. We use the IP country only to hide partners where they are unavailable.

How to delete

Mine → "Delete everything saved", or clear site data in your browser. To delete your email, message @arutnews on Telegram.

Every block on the site shows its source and update time. Data is used under each provider's terms.
